A simple three-minute rotation reset
- Mark the current step. Record the last completed step or where the class stopped.
- Note what differed. Assembly, fire drill, shortened class, cancellation—or a class that finished early.
- Write the restart point. Leave one precise instruction for your future self, such as “Resume demo,” “Begin extension” or “Restart intro.”
